It could be the end of the tag line The Power to Surprise because at the rate Kia is racking up the awards, one might say, Not surprising at all.  Kia Optima Hybrid Named Top 10 Car of the Year by the Hispanic Motor Press Association.

Michael Sprague, vice president of marketing & communications, Kia Motors America summed it up very nicely, Kia has undergone a dramatic brand transformation over the past three years, including the addition of our first-ever hybrid model in the U.S., and the Hispanic Motor Press Association’s recognition of the Optima Hybrid is further evidence of Kia’s unprecedented growth in the market.
